Avoid no value for money rooms not maintained unhealthy fridge rusty linen unhygienic insects in rooms on complaints our room was shifted the food was appreciably tasty thanks to the catering manager this was the only silver lining Akhil joshi

i’ve run out of words to describe what a bad hotel this is. they couldn’t even manage to clean the room even after 5 hours. The bed sheets and cover is so dirty looks like havent been washed in forever. poor room and bathroom quality. below than average hotel. 👎👎

One of the worst hotels I've ever visited to. Their biggest lie is calling themselves a 4 star hotel. It is barely a 2 star facility. The rooms are old, dirty and full of stains on walls, bedsheets, mirrors etc. The electronic equipments like fridge and AC are old and rusty as well. Basic amenities like hand towel, bathroom slippers, etc are not given. I visited in last week of November and I was welcomed by a lot of insects and mosquitoes. Hotel mgmt had no solution for it. I was also given the extreme end room and so the WiFi signals didn't reach there. The TV setup box was also damaged and I had to ask the team to get it replaced and they took more than half day's time to fix it. Apart from being sea facing and having a private beach of their own, there is nothing good about it place. Won't recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for 3 nights at deluxe room which I think is the base category. The room was clean and spacious with all adequate amenities and an attached balcony, if not luxurious. However the bathroom needs to be modernized (the sprinkler was located underneath the sink!!). Even though there is hot water available all the time. The USP of this hotel is its staff. They are very friendly, caring and helpful, specially the restaurant staff who went out of their way to take care of our food requirements. Food was very good with a variety of breakfast options. The hotel management was also very accommodating, we had last minute cancellations and they did not charge us anything. They also have a travel desk who helped us with car arrangements. The spa was good even though the spa room was very basic. There is a nice lawn before one approaches the beach. The two areas which need improvement are wifi (the first day there was no wifi) and promptness of housekeeping staff. It took them more than an hour to send housekeeping to clean our rooms, may be due to short staffing. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Overall it was nice. Staff had nice behaviour. Location is good. My children enjoyed the beach very much nice . We enjoyed and had a great time , the breakfast was nice they a variety of food the thing is they take extra amout for snacks which should be free but we had a great time. My kids enjoyed a lot.
